The ann. wasn't all that good, not enough to move the price anyway. So nothing's really changed. It's probably falling for the same reasons it's been falling for ages: market confidence at rock bottom so no one wants to buy, but sellers get impatient and sell. We are actually doing better than PSDV in the US, so maybe we ought to be grateful (!).
