The Indian takeover rumour, was not a rumour - it was stated by Cath in a presentation which was noted by a third party who was within the presentation. It was an unsolicited Takeover offer and was made by an Indian company, Cath convey the message that it was immediately rejected (lowball?), Aqua was frustrated as all of the points that were raised were not correct, and he has presented fact to those in his circle including JP last year. Hence JP's retraction.

On the desire to have him back in the forum, I think whilst there is a chance of potentially having the 'permanent' suspension lifted, he personally has washed his hands of HC and any other social sites pertaining to FAR, it's his decision and I guess we just have to move on, I think this should be the last post referring to him or what took place - time for someone else to step up and invest the 10-15 hours he has every week for the last 2 years.
