When the CPI was released last night the SPX got very excited indeed. Anyway, as far as I can see Dow, SPX and Nasdaq all closed on their highs. Whoever made the 10400 call seems to be a correct one although I think we will get a small hiccup at 10330 first.
For those interested look at the Volatility Index chart [VIX] and the likelyhood that it has topped out is quite high..Cheers.
