LOOK fell exactly 4cps or, 5.4% and only in the last minutes of trading. LOOK (with less that 4 minutes of trading left in the day, were down just ONE cent, @ .73cps!!).

The market (primarlily all LOOK shareholders) has/have been well aware of LOOK being omitted from the Russell index, for some time now. That, some insto's have rules requiring them to sell stocks, that they hold, that are not in this index, resulted in the late "Heavy Volume" at the close & in the A/Hrs, on friday. Nothing more, nothing less.

LOOK share price was pulled down to .66cps, for a 'fleeting' moment only (in the last minute) when the 1st real sign of what appeared to be a 'dump', was recorded. This was to (hopefully) catch 'fools', who may have fallen for the 'move' & sold also.

The .70cps appears to have been an agreed price for these special sales/buys. The recent low SP ensured (IMO) that the buyers (of these millon or, more sized parcels) were getting cheap shares, from possibly, even reluctant sellers.

< what is the issue here...is that those who knew what was happening inside LOOK...(current insto holders) bailed today. >

This (above) was a 'reckless' & wrongful statement, that you made, following these special exchanged parcels, as were recorded. They certainly were NOT 'at market' & were NOT as a result of .... The 'issue' (as you have put it) ... " that those who knew what was happening inside LOOK.."

A retraction over on Yahoo wouldn't go astray, but are you 'man' enough??

< The instos are now exiting as it fails to meet even the lowest listing standards and is now facing the very real prospect of delisting from the Nasdaq. >

Yes .... This sounds a little closer to the truth. As I have pointed out above, those Insto's with the mandatory Russell index, inclusion rule, had to sell.

< The insiders would have held IF....LOOK was indeed turning around. >

Wrong ... As I have pointed out above, They had NO option, (according to their own rules), but to sell. (To some lucky buyer/buyers at what will prove to be in time, a great price, IMO. - Need I remind you of ALL on the ASX, when it was selling not so long ago, @ .80cps??).

Yes, some other Insto's (under the same scenario), have been selling, in recent times. Did you really think the SP was going to rise for them, while all this, was going on??

smuggs ... "Down ramp" as much as you like on LOK .... You have an opinion like most who post are I'll defend your right to post it. But ..........Please be truthful, or, are you simply, ignorant of the real facts??

    Yes ...

< The insiders would have held IF....LOOK was indeed turning around. >

Was it a mistake to post this, or, were you just showing your ignorance, once again??? - Is it simply another example of, you not knowing?? You really haven't a "clue" on LOK/LOOK, have you??
