Nearmap Ltd (ASX: NEA)

Nearmap is a leading aerial imagery technology and location data company. As with the others, it has been experiencing very strong demand for its services. So much so, this year the company expects to record annualised contract value growth of 28.6% to 33%. Due to the quality of its products, new launches, and its sizeable market opportunity, I think Nearmap is capable of continuing this level of growth for many years to come.

ASX 200 hits record close, lead by tech sector gains

Australian shares closed at a record high on Thursday as signals from Tehran and the White House pointed to an end to the latest conflict between the two governments.

The S&P/ASX 200 Index closed 56.6 points, or 0.83 per cent, higher at 6874.2, which overtook the previous record high set on November 28.

Over the six sessions of 2020 the sharemarket has now climbed 2.84 per cent.

Tech companies lead the gains, with WiseTech Global rising 3.97 per cent to $24.07, Xero added 1.87 per cent to $82.16 and Nearmap firmed 5.69 per cent to $2.60
