There is almost 100% chance of a break to the upside. Th sign of a good analyst is knowing when their thesis is not wrong as they always start out with a reasonable basis but when the underlying market has changed to make that thesis no longer applicable - even to a 4 year old. At that time a good analyst doesnt try and justify why their original idea didnt pan out but rather to update on to the most likely scenario. NEA will not break the range to the downside. Possibly could still be range bound waiting for news but this stock is going to have a good qrtr.
