The only reason the price dropped after the last announcment is because 70% owned by Vertex.
ADV Group owns 25% of Vertex, and subject to due diligence and purchase settlement can move to 100% at its option. I dont see why not and they have a great board too bad if you sold out 25c is a mega bargain atm
