Well it's about time Lazy Europe looked after its own backyard, instead of always leaning on the military power of the USA. The time of the USA helping Useless Europe out of the morass of its own making, eg the Berlin Airlift in the immediate post war period and the Genocide that was Bosnia.
Unfortunately it was not able to help Europe when the brutal Soviets invaded Poland and Czechoslovakia in the post WW11 period. But RR did help to bring down the Wall, with a little help from a Russian by the name of Gorbachev (yes, he is still alive).Who can forget RR's famous pleading to Gorby:
