As this is the property forum , I'm wondering what the constant comparison to penny stock returns has to do with anything ? I fail to see the relevance .

Yes , there are ways of making greater returns . I imagine that the amount invested is much less and the risk is much , much greater however .

If the thread title was property vs penny stock returns then I would understand it but it's not . So what's the point ?
