Yep, a class action was filed in the Federal Court this morning...................so that explains the sharp sell-off in huge volumes and shorting by alert investors who were quick off the mark...........................well at least quicker than the Brambles directors and senior managers who could've temporarily halted trading while they drafted an ASX release telling us about the class action.....................but no..................instead trading occurred after knowledge of the filing was available to some investors ...........................meaning some investors it seems had price sensitive information that wasn't released until 11.38am today.
