I did the same and have not had a reply. I too suspect that a counter attack is imminent, that is why I upgraded the chance of ETE excersing its preemtive rights (if they exist) to 75% (see an earlier post). If the Board of ETE do nothing and say nothing in response to the EMP bid, I think the SP is headed further south.
