The whole point of listing an ipo is to make exit. Its an exit strategy to allow you to reap the rewards from what you once sowed. That's why the selling down.
Let them sell down Id rather see more dilution from them so there is less of a monopoly in the stock. Last thing you need is family feuds causing stock movements.
