Hi Jack,
UXC is reporting U spot price down to $65 so a few U stocks will get hammered today.
At least EXT is low volume sales. Like you said, it is a few Mums and Dads who saw the spot price drop and decided to take the exit door.
I do think that the second half of this year will show the spot price recover.
