goarmy..if there is a trickle of revenue over the next 18 months, the company cash coffers will look grim.
It would seem that trying to get retailer subscribers to sign up one at a time is not generate enough cash. This is currently the only revenue source. There is nothing else.
What it really needs is a special bulk deals. eg 50,000 parents ( 10 organisations at 5000 parents) at a$25 introductory offer for 12 months. They get $1,250,000 cash into the coffers and get people using the app. If the app is EASY to use and EFFECTIVE, it will then become a compounding success.
They need to structure DEALS which will ensure bulk sales to interested parties.
...........I just cannot believe the lack of urgency and creative commercial nouse within the management group.
More funds have obviously got to spent on further refining and ongoing adjustments to the app........they do not have the time to be sitting on their hands and talking theory.
It needs hands on commercial action.
