Well, hearing some of these Sudanese parents speak on raising their children, their philosophy is that it is not their direct responsibility to raise their children, it is the responsibility of the "village". So where's the " village" in Australia? So who accepts responsibility for raising these criminals? No the parents it would seem, and therein lies the problem.
