    the Aus "cultural norm" in some parts of our cities is violent and theft is the norm for some

    It's just the norm is it to go and murder someone while trying to steal their car, a 70 year old woman at that.

    Some suburbs might be a bit rough, but murder isn't the norm.

    Great comment by you Scotty, what else is the norm in your life.
