If you dig back far enough in the QNA announcements the acquisition of DMC in Nov 2013 also has a becoming a sub holder notice on the same day.
It is the Wallace family trust with a "non-cash" consideration.
So to me it looks like they were the original owners of DMC. Perhaps the reason to sell on Friday had something to do with moving on to other ventures and needing the cash.
