Hmm is it possible to make the trust a shareholder of the company just like that, or will the trust need to buy a share of the co?
If the co has 1 mill in the bank and the the trust wants to be a shareholder does the trust need to pay the co 1 mill to buy another share?
My dilemna is all the money is on the co currently.
