    Either sell the company and get the cash as capital (but capital gains tax may be applicable, however if proceeds are put into an SMSF then I believe some concessions on CGT apply (or something like that)).
    Or
    Have your company buy a business property to operate from.
    That property can then be transferred 'in specie' to your SMSF with little or no CGT. Certain tests apply, mainly that you are the owner of the business, and that the property has to be used for that businesses purposes', and that you are a beneficiary in the SMSF. Usual SMSF tax rates and age restrictions etc apply when you need to get the money out, but is still the most tax effective way.

    The above situations may have changed in the last budget or two. I'm not a professional and this is not advice, but I can tell you that proper advice will save you bucket loads.
