Many of the Israeli settlements are built on land purchased from Arabs who wanted to make a buck......some of them were subsequently killed by their own....others have emigrated to the States, or just hightailed it out of there.
Assuming that title was tranferred correctly and fair market value was paid, is there any reason why the new rightful owners should have to relocate just because it's in the West Bank?

Yep, I can see a free democratic Palestinian entity......but its located in West Virginia....in the good old US of A.
