I doubt UBS is going to take the shares and sell on behalf of Investec if there was some production issues or sovereign risk issue. I don't think they are that dumb if there are hidden issues not disclosed to market.
Company seems to be taken by surprise. Even the latest ann looks rushed.
20m at 0.353. Looks like the bookbuild has started. Doubt investors will be paying 0.34c due to competing bids.
Lucky to get some at 0.345 today.
