It isn't particularly unlikely that Mrs He disposed of her shares to multiple buyers - the price had dropped to 0.01 cents by then, Mrs He simply took out the buyers on the Bid at 0.01 cents rather than buyers crossing the spread to buy her shares. There were still buyers at 0.01 cents at that date, and for some days afterwards. It is, in fact, quite likely that that's what happened, since no other substantial shareholder notice has been lodged. Not particularly odd.
