Nobody knows what happened to Fang He's shares. But we do know Bolton didn't buy them because the transactions happened on different days. From this article last November:

She got rid of them through an off-market transfer - we'd have seen the volume of it was on market.

She may have done something like transfer them to a homeless person to get rid of them, as suggested here. Nobody knows.

Fang He's 'missing 8%' is a wildcard for the upcoming vote. I suspect we won't see the owner emerge at the EGM, which will make Bolton's taks of getting 75% extrememly difficult.
