See the "After next instalment" thread for Rowe's apparent threats at weekend. If accurate, it seems they are obliged & intending to send in the debt collectors. He's done a 180 from spruiking the shares during the plunge to zero to now issuing the warnings, but it's too late as those who bought on his earlier statements can no longer bale out. He's in deep trouble.
