michinyon, I hope you're right about the price after instalments but it is not a risk I'm willing to face. In terms of transferring, they have been advising that all you can do with this particular stock is sell them or pay the instalment. Not sure about other options. I would imagine that they're not going to release their dogs against the people but they will find a work around to make everyone else paying probably with Queensland tax payers’ monies.
