1. No requirement for further capital raising until NASDAQ listing proceeds. So NASDAQ is listing is still in the forefront of TZ's minds. With the legalities/prep work out off the way, TZ will be able to choose the best time in ALL SHAREHOLDER'S interests.
2. Delayed listing does not delay CONTINUED market growth. It will allow more conversion of early adopters and potential industrial segment customers it is CURRENTLY ENGAGED WITH.
3. Updated financial model prior to AGM. Has to be better and more realistic than any previous models as it will INCLUDE NEW MARKET SEGMENTS eg DATA CENTRE, HOME, IT. So expect an upside to the SP on this model.
