you're right TC sell off not happened as expected although I expect the DOW to drop another 10%+ so plenty of time.
Interesting that all those who said the NASDAQ would not be delayed or definitely not past Feb 19th have gone very quiet post today's announcement...they talk about minimising dilution but what will happen with the QVT penalties?
