You can quote all you want but you're understanding it incorrectly. You think the chip will inherently know how to recognize a human? That's not logical. It needs to be fed information. If you did read milestone 2, It states the car learnt though negative feedback - utilizing pain. In the context of using one of these chips in say a phone, you would launch the voice recognition software and you would first calibrate it to your voice. What your suggesting is that out of the box the chip will recognize your voice. Do you see your flawed thinking? The chip will get better over time and autonomously learn after things have been defined.
