If it is a question of intelligence then many would choose a cautious approach to APG atm. Timing is not just important its everything.
However, I think it is more a question of risk vs reward atm. The potential rewards seem high but so is the risk.
I choose a caution approach as I await confirmation of the bottom before I add more to the pot.
