That amount is as end of Financial year of 2013.

Since then, the cash balance improve from $156k to $927k from end of June to 28th of August.

Is that enough to answer your question? It takes time to collect revenue as well as for the company to spend them too.

Also, check out page 14: management's wages were $912k in 2013 compare to $982.5k in 2012. That is almost 10% reduction.
