Having just read the figures, all the execs actually took a haircut in salary over the past 12 months to bring overall SRS down.
The CEO and MD have the biggest incentive to make this business explode - they both own circa 23million shares, each with an additional 3mill oppies.
If they can continue the turnaround story, and capitalise on continued growth of mobile marketing and payments, I can't see why this stock couldn't double or triple over the next year or so. (That isn't a ramp - look at the numbers)
The senior mgt definitely have their skin in the game and incentivised to continue the turnaround.
