Based on all the current drilling, farmouts and results for other sites near KAR will probably already have thie farmout sorted IMO.
As a local major player why wouldn't you jump on board with KAR?
The recent months in bot trading has held the price down very effectively.
It will run as the bot will either disappear or the buying pressure will overcome the bot.
Either way IMO double-digit figures imminent against a backdrop of continual good news!
You won't go 40 times your money like SIR but 2 or 3 times is certainly feasible from here IMO.
