tend to agree on most - but disagree on AUD

Signs are a plenty and "clear" that the bull run for AUD is over - and I hope so or our economy is totally st****ed

POG - going to be a most interesting roller coaster and if I believe my sources will see 1100 or worse - that will need to be put in perspective with wherever AUD will sit.

Flexibility and not "growth for growths sake" will be the mantra during the next few years - being able to switch to different ore bodies (commodities if you can!), quarantining tenements as required and being able to have a workforce that can be used as the need arises.

All of this (both Au and IO industries) will re-shape the australian labour landscape - look at South Africa and the developments there !
