Has about $4m in liquid assets and shells are worth about $1m (so $5m which is roughly 1.3c per share). Any new acquisition and associated cap raising should be done around that price.

While I agree other assets are worth nothing, there is still opportunity for some value to be realised and currently nothing is reflected in the share price so it’s all upside.

Cash burn should come down hopefully.
