As you & I know, this dispute had little effect or no effect on the Chinese crossing the border & frequenting
the Casino, all the trouble was down sth.

The big investors and the media blew that news all out of proportion and make out the problem was worse than
it actually was, aist we had no large investors get out (we only had PPT lodge a notice in a change of holding and
a couple of days later lodged a notice stating that they were still a major holder) as you state this news should be
picked up and published letting the investing public know. Also the discussions going on between China and
Vietnam regarding infrastructure is a bonus, wts the new dual highway should be just about connected to the
Chinese border adjacent to the Casino linking up with the Chinese super highway.

Also if the current legislation being debated in Vietnam allowing Vietnamese Nationals to gamble in their own
country is passed, and I think it will, because of the $800 Million a year being lost in Taxation revenue for the
Goverment, will be a double Bonus for all of us Donaco s/hs, I hope there is a quick reaction from the big investors,
meaning the shorts may get their fingers burnt severely.
