ZFX is desperate to replace their dwindling reserves and the fact that Menninee is so close to Port Pirie would probably make even a 30 million tonne deposit attractive to them, especially if it was open cut mine. The bigger the deposit the greater the chances of a takeover by ZFX and it will happen.
