i dont see zfx as desperate.
they have bucket loads of cash. remember the $900 mill profit is already in their hands now. it doesnt arrive when you report it. They could have launched a takeover on many companies already. They will wait for the right opportunities. They seem to like partnering with juniors in and around their existing smelters. that is common sense.
