I recall speaking with KM some 12-18 months ago in relation to this matter. When the joint venture was signed ZFX were more than happy to allow TZN to conduct the evaluation as they acknowledged that TZN at the time had superior expertise- times may have changed.
What concerns me to some degree is that because of ZFX's many exploration projects they may not be as focused on Menninnie as TZN were and the exploration effort may be slowed (first JORC resource now January)- having said that, the fact that ZFX now have 70% and are continuing should give us all comfort that we have 24% of something worthwhile. (ZFX have recently stated that they are only interested in base metal deposits with a minimum of 2 million tonnes of metal).
