I guess thats why they suspended the dividend reinvestment. A good sign in my opinion. They dont need the retained cash from those owners who opted to be on DRP as it is undervalued.
The fantastic thing with the numbers is that revenue fell from pcp, but the margins made on their developments were so great that profit outstripped FY07. Amazing.
