Fantastic ,,, Sigalla sentenced to 10 years!

Sigalla has been sentenced to 10 years for fraud and misconduct as a company Chairman. It was his evasiveness in emails and at the AGM some year sago that lead me to exit most of my holding (still holding a few at a large loss to be sold over time to offset gains). He blatantly stole from the fledgling company at a time when shareholders like me were stumping up for capital raising (in other words he stole everyone's money and showed no remorse). He openly lied and spread BSs about the company's prospects, his contributions to managing the company and he lead shareholders on by repeatedy stating he was in the US (at great expense) to facilitate a Nasdaq listing (among other things). How the previous board put up with his behaviour and attitude I will never know but then he was a bully.

These are not only my opinions they are the judges opinions and the new board's contentions.

Justice served indeed. Well done to the new board and others who pursued him.
