The parties have already had access to the data and hence the offers. Negotiations therefore should not take too much time unless either party digs their heels in over the contract. I wouldn't have thought it would take as long as the 3rd qtr. Capital Raising may be needed but I would hope this is done after the JV is announced and the SP is inflated.
