Haven't seen the prices of property rise dramatically last few years? Rents? Why? Demand!

Technology, don't wonder why some of the richest companies in the world are technology companies? Demand!
Just because a bubble comes and goes, doesn't mean evrything goes with it. Opportunities are all about timing. Some guy called Outtrim made a killing when he created a program called Hotdog to edit web pages. why was he successful? Timing. A year earlier or a year later and he'd still be programming for some software company sweat house.

Your job as an investor is to be able to decipher the quality from the cr@p. This basic premise does not change. I believe that a bubble gives you opportunity to fast-track the growth of a company. You can ride it or you can ignore it. We all have a choice.
