Well if Lord Lennie is anything to go by I would suggest FAR are more than serious.....despite the " realists " comments.
I don't know much about the law but I know a bit about reputations.
People of this calibre don't take on cases they think are frivolous or likely to fail.
If there was any doubt FAR are in with a chance then this has completely dispelled any of those thoughts for me.
You don't spend a life time building a reputation to take on cases that look hopeless at the end of a distinguished career.
