Says arbitration is not impacting the JV in any way "at this point". It is a commercial dispute between COP and FAR. Says JV must put through the development plan on a schedule to meet the licence requirement and that is what they are working towards, says dispute is just noise to WPL. Would consider bolt on acquisition of oil producing assets via M&A.
