I can't believe the arrogance of the man, and his poor choice of words for someone in a senior management position. I guess the dispute is just "noise" until it isn't... would it be still just be "noise" if it results in WPL losing access to the asset? He seems fairly over confident for someone who has no legal knowledge, or control over the process or outcome...
