7c is not the old 14c. Not even close.
The doubling in share registry relates mostly to the merger with Flow. So the value of Flow must be added to the calculations. Considering they had the 2 Kenya blocks, I'm guessing it was a good acquisition, and that the 14c figure is not unreasonable.
