Maybe WPL have thrown a nice little sweetner on the table for FAR to get the transaction completed, which will hopefully be unveiled tomorrow.
Could have been CN's strategy all along. Make enough noise to get a deal on the table. I think it's called bluff in cards - brilliant if it was.
If this is to be the case I hope it comes with a set of steak knives as I well and truly over sausages. There are numerous other options and at this point in time it is all speculation and IMO we have no facts relative to FAR. Worse case is we're left with 100 mill boe plus FAN and Djiffere with production in site. I think if this is the case and having WPL as operators TO bids will begin to appear as POO increases. Not a bad fall back option.
