yeah believable if the Saudi's force the price to $20 per barrel. How long depends on Putin's appetite.
interesting OPEC cuts didn't apply to Iran, but hardly a relief with the lower prices and Saudi'a pumping an additional 2M barrels a day (they were asking Russia to cut 1.5M barrels a day).
