Thats exactly what they are doing , much cheaper to have 80% of lease and get someone else farm in and check it out for you later with a free carry than not having the lease and trying to buy in after a discovery...if we work on your approach we wouldn't have SNE or FAN, in fact we wouldn't be having this discussion...
In the meantime we are heading to production, something we can't speed up as its a JV, so in the meantime keep your Geo's busy doing something they are very very good at..
Anyone who thinks think todays deal was a mistake either doesn't own stock in the Company or doesn't understand what owning leases around a major find means, or both..
