I'm a bit more optimistic about when the drill bit will hit the ground. If they get a big player (a BP or Shell)farmed into Senegal then that player will have greater leverage in getting the rig time earlier and all the other service kit required to explore this well - they currently have plenty of exploration rigs working away off Angola etc.
